Trust & Transparency for Organisational Success.
New frontiers for 21st century leadership.
Trust and transparency are the cornerstones of culture change. As organisations adapt to new perspectives on sustainability, accountability, technological advances, and the ethics of workplace and market forces, leaders need to demonstrate vulnerability and a commitment to accountability.
Only 37% of workers report feeling confident that their organisation uses data responsibly. It’s now essential for leaders to operate transparently and ethically (Deloitte*). Vulnerability is key to unlocking trust in teams, and transparency oils the wheels.
In 2025, co-designed a leadership programme in partnership with CCL (Coaching Centred Leadership). The two core components for this are:
1) The Trust Catalyst (activations for vulnerability and learning)
2) The Trust Accelerator (defining and embedding adopted practices)
Through interactive learning and co-collaboration, teams evolve a clear definition of trust and transparency, leading to the creation of a Charter for Trust for their organisations. This becomes the cornerstone for future practices and a gold standard recognised by all teams.
Meeting observations, feedback, and coaching support the team in embedding change and developing strategies for future action.
Themes covered in the programme include:
· Values and behaviours
· Psychological safety
· Neuroscience of trust
· Empathy mapping and personas
· Data use and management
· Vulnerability and authenticity
· Unconscious responses
· Trust ambassadors
