In May 2025, I supported People for Places in delivering their bespoke training programme intended to prepare leaders, with a specific focus on inclusive leadership and inspiring change.
Sessions and workshops on leadership essentials, building and inspiring high-performing teams, and cultivating a growth mindset were delivered over several days.
The programme drew current and future leaders from areas with skills shortages, including the housing and construction sectors and the leisure industry.
