Listening for Change

I have collaborated with other leaders and other organisational change-makers to design new leadership strategies and programmes for creating diverse and fair workplaces where people can thrive.

As part of a duo that founded the MiNDings Consultancy in 2021, I was involved in shaping several initiatives aimed at shifting workplace dynamics to meet the expectations of 21st-century employees.

This work included partnering with organisations across media, branding, and journalism to explore options for programmes that will shift the needle. The focus is on building depth listening practices to surface unconscious dynamics and a vision for change.

During June 2023, a webinar on the ‘Radical Listening’ model was delivered at the Eco-Leadership Institute, and a framework for ‘cultivating the listening ground’ laid out.
